JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the manager of the school, has appointed the 3rd respondent as a teacher of the school. In the writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the delay occasioned by the 2nd respondent in taking a decision with regard to approval of Ext.P1 appointment order, issued in favour of the 3rd respondent. It is therefore, that the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take an expeditious decision in respect of approval of Ext.P1 appointment order.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision with regard to the approval of the 3rd respondent pursuant to Ext.P1 appointment order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. The petitioner shall produce a
