J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Exts.P1, P2 & P3 complaints submitted by the petitioners and to take action against the erring permit holders, who operate their services without adhering to the time schedule, either by suspending or by cancelling their permit within a time limit.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned senior Government Pleader.
Considering the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Exts.P1 to P3 complaints and to take follow-up action, if necessary, after affording the petitioners and the affected parties an opportunity of being heard within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
