J U D G M E N T

The petitioners, who are CLR workers under the 3rd respondent Municipality have approached the Government with a request for regularisation in service. Exts.P2 to P9 are the representations preferred by the petitioners which are pending before the 1st respondent. It is stated that, the said representations were submitted by the petitioners through the respondent Municipality, and the respondent Municipality has also recommended the case of the petitioners for regularisation. Under the circumstances, the limited prayer of the petitioners at this stage is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representations expeditiously after hearing the petitioners.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 to P9 representations preferred by the petitioners within a period of three months from the

W.P.(C).No.23425 of 2015 date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioners. The petitioners shall produce a copy of this writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
