The petitioner, who is the manager of the school, has appointed the 3rd respondent as a teacher of the school. It is therefore, that the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take an expeditious decision in respect of approval of Ext.P1 appointment order.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision with regard to the approval of the 3rd respondent pursuant to Ext.P1 appointment order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
