J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P1 application. The petitioner submits that even the mining plan of the petitioner is approved by the Department of Mining and Geology.

2. In such circumstance of there being a further inspection before the issuance of the certificate, the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, the 1st respondent shall expedite the process and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
