J U D G M E N T
A fresh permit has been granted and the vehicle has also been allowed to be replaced. What remains is only the fixation of timings to operate the service.
2. The petitioner has allegedly offered a better vehicle though an older model. Such an exercise is permissible as held by this Court.
3. I direct the respondent to finalise the timings with notice to the operators on the route. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. Every endeavour shall be made to issue the regular permit specifying the replaced vehicle bearing No.KL 03 J 8287.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
