JUDGMENT

The petitioner was before this Court, seeking affiliation for the B.Ed. course in the academic year 2007-08. The petitioner was granted an interim order, directing grant of provisional affiliation. Nothing survives in the writ petition, since the said academic year is long over. The writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous, leaving open all contentions of either parties, with respect to affiliation.
