J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of the approval of the seniority list sent by the management under whom, there are more than one aided schools. Ext.P6 is the provisional seniority list as provisionally approved by the Assistant Educational Officer, on which, objections have been called for from the teachers and along with objections, the Manager has also sent recommendation to the District Educational Officer, the 5th respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the 5th respondent has called for a report from the two Assistant Educational Officers, who have jurisdiction over the schools. In such circumstance, the A.E.O's shall be directed to expedite the

report and the D.E.O shall consider the approval, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
