JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking an instalment facility to discharge the motor vehicle tax arrears from 1.4.2015 to 30.9.2015 in ten equal monthly instalments. 2.

Learned Government Pleader opposes the prayer of the petitioner.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the motor vehicle tax arrears in four equal monthly instalments. The first instalment shall be paid on or before 20.8.2015. The second instalment shall be paid on or before 20.9.2015, the third instalment shall be paid on or before 20.10.2015 and the fourth instalment shall be paid on or before 20.11.2015. On payment of the first instalment, the petitioner shall be permitted to use the vehicle. Necessary endorsement shall be effected in RC Book regarding instalments.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
