Dated this the 5th day of August, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioners, who are HSST's in a School challenge the appointment of the 3rd respondent as Principal of the school. In this connection, they have preferred Ext.P1 representation before the 1st respondent and the limited prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation after hearing them expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioners. The petitioners shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
