JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the revenue recovery proceedings initiated to recover the dues under the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal's Award. The petitioner submits that he is a heart patient and undergoing treatment. He further submits that his financial position is weak and he may not be able to discharge the entire liability as demanded. Therefore, the petitioner may be given an instalment facility to discharge the entire liability.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire liability in 15 equal monthly instalments starting from 15.9.2015 onwards. If the petitioner commits default in remitting anyone of the instalments, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
