JUDGMENT

The petitioner is seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation submitted by the petitioner in the next timing conference of the respondent scheduled to be held on 10.8.2015.

The petitioner is conducting stage carriage with a set of timing issued in the year 2001. The petitioner alleges that when a vacant timing arose, the petitioner filed Ext.P1. By Ext.P2, this Court directed the respondent to consider Ext.P1 clarifying that the revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made under D3 circular. The petitioner further alleges that D3 circular is not so far implemented and in the light of Ext.P3 judgment, the same is not possible for implementation. Pointing out the above judgment, the petitioner filed Ext.P4 representation for the consideration of the respondent. Now timing conference is scheduled to be

W.P.(C) No.23655 of 2015 -2held on 10.8.2015. In the said timing conference if Ext.P3 and p4 is not taken into consideration, the petitioner would put to irreparable injury and hardship. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P4 in the next timing conference scheduled to be held on 10.8.2015 itself without fail.
