J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned State Attorney.

This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. In the writ petition, there are no sufficient materials to indicate any kind of police harassment.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner was never called by the police authorities. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today the petitioner was called to the police station. 5.

Be that as it may, merely because the petitioner was asked to appear before the police authorities cannot be said to be police harassment. The petitioner has to appear before the police authorities as and when they are called him.
