Shaffique, J The petitioner has approached this Court inter alia alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are not permitting the petitioner to visit her mother, who is ailing and aged 88 years. Though she has tried to visit her mother on 25.7.2015 at the residence of the 3rd respondent, she was prevented from entering into the house. 2.

Apparently, the issue projected in this petition is a family dispute, in which, the police cannot interfere. However, if there is any physical obstruction from the side of respondents 3 and 4, the police has to ensure maintenance of law and order. The petitioner, may, therefore file a request before the local police station and if any such request is received, the police shall look into the matter and do the needful.

With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. Sd/- ASHOK BHUSHAN CHIEF JUSTICE Sd/- A.M. SHAFFIQUE J UDGE Jvt
