JUDGMENT

The petitioner complains of tardy progress in E.P. No. 30/2013 in L.A.R. No. 6/2012 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Pala. The petitioner points out that the amount due after redetermination is not disbursed due to the failure of the respondents to deposit the compensation amount.

It is reported that one half of the amount due has already been deposited and only the balance half remains. The Government Pleader assures this Court that the balance amount due to the petitioner would be deposited within a period of four months from today. This is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of in view of the undertaking. The writ petition is disposed of.
