JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
This writ petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction commanding the respondents to act in terms of Ext.P1 agreement and install the street lights within a time period fixed by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the Municipality submits that street lights have already been installed and they are properly functioning. Thus the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous.
In the above view of the matter, we close the Writ Petition.
