J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that petitioner has been issued permit, Ext.P1 by the Department of Mining and Geology to extract laterite stones. It is submitted that, at the instance of the neighbour, police authorities have come to the spot and have harassed the petitioner.

The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions submits that, on enquiry, it was found that initial permit which was obtained on 01/07/2015 was not with regard to the property in question and correction was made only on 27/07/2015 and thereafter police authorities have not gone to the spot nor any complaint has been received thereafter.
