J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging police harassment. Petitioner, who claims to be a tenant of the premises, submits that at the instance of the 4th respondent, the petitioner is being called at the police station. 3.

The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions submits that, a complaint was received from the 4th respondent against the petitioner with regard to which petitioner was called on 03/08/2015. It is submitted that, on 04/08/2015, 4th respondent was also called and statement was recorded. Police, after coming to know that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature, have closed the complaint.
