J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the non disposal of an application for measurement of the properties of the petitioner.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent it is stated that the property has been measured and the boundaries have been refixed. Therefore, according to the respondents Ext.P8 has been disposed of .

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a possession to know the nature of the order as the copy of the proceedings resulting in the fixation of boundaries has not been served upon.

Therefore the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to make available a copy of the proceedings to the petitioner so that it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in appropriate

W.P.C. No.27498 of 2012 forum if he is really aggrieved by the decision already taken.
