JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioners claim to be major and have submitted an application for registration of marriage. Petitioners' case is that they are being threatened by the 3rd respondent.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that a complaint was submitted by the 3rd respondent with regard to the 1st petitioner. He however submits that as on date there is no threat or any danger and police is ready to afford protection as and when any request is submitted.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is closed.
