---------------------------------- W.P. (C) No. 23860 of 2015 (F) ---------------------------------- Dated this the 29th day of September, 2015.
JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, apart from perusing the record. Despite service of notice, there is no representation for respondents 4 to 8. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition.
2. The petitioner, a member of the 4th respondent society, initially submitted Ext.P1 complaint to the first respondent complaining of what are said to be large scale irregularities, misappropriation and mismanagement in the 4th respondent society. In the course of time, when nothing concrete has emerged out of the petitioner's Ext.P1 compliant, she has once again submitted Ext.P2 representation seeking vigilance enquiry into the affairs of the 4th respondent Bank and other incidental steps such as suspending the present Board of Directors. Ventilating her grievance that there is delay in the first respondent's considering the petitioner's representation, she has filed the present writ
W.P.(C). No. 23860/2015 -2petition.
3. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader has submitted that the first respondent will consider the petitioner's Exts.P1 and P2 representations and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Exts.P1 and P2 representations in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. sd/- DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, JUDGE.
