J U D G M E N T

The petitioner responded to the notification issued by the District Supply Officer for appointment as Retail Ration Shop Dealer. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in concluding the selection of retail rationshop dealer.

2. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the District Supply Officer to finalise the proceedings initiated pursuant to Ext.P1 notification within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
