JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging revenue recovery proceedings initiated by the respondent-Bank. The only prayer before this Court is that he may be given the instalment facility to discharge the entire liability.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a rubber tapper by profession and he is ready to remit the entire liability.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the following directions are issued :

i) The petitioner is permitted to discharge entire liability in 15 instalments starting from 05.09.2015.

ii) If the petitioner commits default in remitting any one of the instalment, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner.

W.P.(C).No. 23982 of 2015 -2iii) The Bank shall also give a copy of the accounts statement to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks.
