Dated this the 7th day of August, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is working as a UPSA in C.F.H.S., aided School Kottiyam, is aggrieved by the denial of approval to the reappointment of the petitioner with effect from 27.07.2012. Agitating his grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 representation before the Chief Minister and it is stated that the said representation has since been forwarded to the 1st respondent. Under the circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of

W.P.(C).No.24010 of 2015 two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
