P.N.Ravindran, J.

The petitioner who was the Melsanthi of Kadavoor Devaswom filed this writ petition on 30.10.2013 seeking a declaration that Ext.P1 judgment of this Court does not contemplate imparting of compulsory training to all Santhis in the service of the Travancore Devaswom Board. At the time when the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was in service as the Melsanthi of Kadavoor Devaswom. The petitioner has since retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. He cannot therefore be said to be a person aggrieved by the decision to impart compulsory training to all Santhis. The writ petition has in our opinion become infructuous by efflux of time. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. P.N.RAVINDRAN, (JUDGE) ANIL K.NARENDRAN, (JUDGE) vps
