J U D G M E N T

The petitioner aggrieved by a rejection of request for converting paddy land for the purpose of constructing residential building has approached this Court.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions that the petitioner has not approached the 5th respondent along with requisite application. This Court is also view from the impugned order that the petitioner has not approached the 5th respondent with any requisite application.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 5th repspondent with requisite application as contemplated under the Form No.I of Act 28 of 2008. If such an application is received from the petitioner, appropriate decision shall be taken by the 5th respondent and forward the same to the

W.P.(C).No. 24201 of 2015 - : 2 :- District Level Monitoring Committee within two months from the date of receipt of such application.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
