JUDGMENT

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Senior Government Pleader on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has obtained a direction in W.P.(C) No.12813/2015 to consider the petitioner's request and the same has been disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's request within three months.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to proceed on the basis of the decision in the aforesaid case.
