JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

"i. Call for the records relating to Exhibits P1 to P5.

ii. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or appropriate order to quash/set aside Exhibits P1, P3 and P5.

iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or appropriate order directing the Maintenance Tribunal and Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichur to consider Ext. P2 application on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned.

iv. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or appropriate oder directing the Appellate Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007, Trichur to consider and dispose of Ext. P4 appeal in accordance with law.

v. Stay all recovery proceedings against the petitioner in pursuance of Ext. P1 order (C2 18588/11 dated 26.12.2011) and Exts. P3 and P5 orders till the disposal of the above case.

vi. Pass any other order as this Honourable Court deems fit and just and allow the writ petiiton with costs.

2. When the matter came up for consideration on 27.11.2012, the writ petition was admitted granting interim stay, subject to satisfaction of a sum of Rs. 5,000/- within a month. Subsequently, when the matter came up for consideration on 24.10.2014, the matter was referred for mediation to be held at the District Court, Thrissur on 05.11.2014. A report dated 08.11.2014 has now been forwarded to this Court by the District Co-ordinator (District Judge), District Mediation Centre, Thrissur along with agreement executed between the parties. The terms of agreement entered into between on 14.11.2014 are in the following lines ;
