J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection inter alia alleging that attempt is going to be made by respondents 4 to 25 by conducting demonstration and agitation inside the LMS Compound. The petitioner, in fact had approached this Court on an earlier occasion by filing W.P.(C) No.21484 of 2015 and this Court had disposed of the writ petition by issuing the following direction in paragraph 5 of the judgment :- "Since the petitioner apprehends that there will be agitation and demonstration in front of the Bishop's House, which may lead to law and order situation, we only direct the police to ensure maintenance of law and order, if there is any agitation or demonstration by any of the groups as alleged by the petitioner. Police shall ensure free ingress and egress to the Bishop's House." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the said direction is only to maintain law and order, if there is any agitation or demonstration in the Bishop's house, the petitioner apprehends that the agitators may enter into the LMS Compound and create some obstruction.
W.P.(C) No.24379 of 2015 -: 2 :- 3.
Learned Government Pleader submits that paragraph 5 of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.21484 of 2015 clearly takes care of any such situation.

Under such circumstances, we only observe that if there is any law and order situation, the police shall ensure that no untoward incident takes place inside the compound of the LMS as well.
