J U D G M E N T

The petitioner availed a loan from the 1st respondent. The petitioner submitted a representation before the 1st respondent. The petitioner's only prayer before this Court is that, the 1st respondent may be directed to consider Ext.P2 representation. 2.

Learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent submits that, they have not received Ext.P2 representation. 3.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce Ext.P2 representation along with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, the 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P2 after notice to the petitioner within a period of one month. Petitioner also expressed willingness to settle the liability under the One Time Settlement Scheme. Appropriate decision shall be taken by the 1st respondent, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Till the decision is taken as above, revenue recovery proceedings shall be deferred.

This writ petition is disposed of.
