JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the manager of a school, is aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of a teacher in the said school. In connection with the said grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 appeal before the 2nd respondent and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 appeal, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner, and after taking note of Exts.P1 and P8 Government Orders.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 appeal, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the affected teacher. While passing orders as directed, the 2nd respondent shall take note of Exts.P1 and P8
