JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the manager of the school, has appointed the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th respondents as teachers of the school. In the writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the delay occasioned by the 2nd respondent in taking a decision with regard to approval of Exts.P1, P1(a), P1(b), and P1(c) appointment orders, issued in favour of respondents 3 to 6. It is therefore, that the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take an expeditious decision in respect of approval of Exts.P1 to P1 (c) appointment orders.
2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision with regard to the approval of respondents 3 to 6 pursuant to Exts.P1, P1(a), P1(b), and P1(c) appointment orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this
-2W.P.(C). No. 24429 of 2015 judgment, after hearing the petitioner and respondents 3 to 6. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action. Sd/- A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE das
