JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is working as a casual sweeper and who seeks regularisation of services under the 3rd respondent, approaches this Court through the present writ petition seeking a direction to the 4th respondent, before whom Ext.P3 representation has been preferred by the 3rd respondent recommending the case of the petitioner for regularisation, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, preferred by the 3rd respondent, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment before the 4th respondent for further action.
