J U D G M E N T

Ext.P4 order passed in terms of Section 52 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 is impugned. An appeal lies therefrom under Section 57 of the said Act wherein all the legal and factual contentions could be urged. No case been made out to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court when there is an effective alternate remedy.

2. Any appeal filed within one month from today shall be dealt with by the prescribed authority within two months therefrom. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as indicated above.
