JUDGMENT

The petitioner, challenging a conditional order in the stay application filed in an appeal, has approached this Court. 2.

The main contention of the petitioner is that the impugned order is not a speaking order and the condition imposed is too onerous.

3.

I have gone through the impugned order.

4.

I am of the view that the Appellate Authority has given reasons for supporting the conditional order. In that view of the matter, there is no infirmity with the order and the sustainability of the petitioner's contention can be decided only at the final hearing. However, taking note of the nature of the contentions, the conditional order is modified on payment of Rs.1,20,000/- in two instalments. The first instalment shall be paid on or before 24.8.2015 and the second instalment shall be paid on or before 24.9.2015. The petitioner shall abide by all other conditions. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
