J U D G M E N T

------------------------- The petitioner has in fact approached this Court in W.P.(C) 34141/2014 to correct the entries in the All India Secondary School Examination. This Court ordered as follows:

"The petitioner shall submit a fresh application to the third respondent, who shall make necessary enquiry in the matter and if the genuineness of the claim is found to be correct, necessary correction shall be made in the school records and the same shall be forwarded to the first respondent, who shall make necessary correction int he certificate issued by them. This shall be done withina period of three months. It is open to the petitioner to produce authenticated of the birth certificate before respondents. No costs."

It appears that based on the direction of this court, the petitioner has not approached the 3rd respondent within time. The petitioner, thereafter, approached the 3rd respondent to to comply with the direction of Ext.P4 as per Ext.P5. It is oblivious that on account of the fixation of the

W.P.(C).No.24532 of 2015 time by this Court, the 3rd respondent did not consider the request of the petitioner.

3. Taking note of the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) 34141/2014, time granted by this Court in W.P.(C) 34141/2014 is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The third respondent shall forward the same to the 1st and 2nd respondents to comply with the direction in the judgment in W.P.(C) 34141/2014. Needful shall be done by the 1st and 2nd respondents within a further period of two months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
