J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 6th respondent in view of the judgment being passed today. 2.

Petitioner, a senior citizen, has come up making allegations against the 6th respondent, his own son. Petitioner's case is that several times, he was attacked by the 6th respondent. With regard to one of the incident, Crime No.897/2015 has already been registered. It is submitted that again on 19/06/2015, the 6th respondent trespassed into the house of the petitioner, with regard to which, complaint was submitted on 22/06/2015.

Learned State Attorney, on instructions, submits that after receiving the complaint, 6th respondent was called and warned. Petitioner's grievance is that even thereafter, 6th respondent is threatening the petitioner and coming to the

petitioner's house. It is submitted that no information has been given to the police authorities regarding any incident after 19/06/2015. It is submitted that as and when any complaint is submitted by the petitioner, appropriate measure shall be taken. In the above view matter, if any offence is committed or any attempt to commit offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file necessary complaint before the police who shall look into the matter and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
