J U D G M E N T

Petitioner aggrieved by Ext.P1 award of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kasaragod, has approached Consumer State Commission by Ext.P2 Appeal. Ext.P3 is the application for condonation of delay for 149 days. The petitioner submits that he is threatened with execution proceedings.

In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Consumer State Commission to dispose the delay application filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. Till the disposal of the delay application as above, execution petition against the petitioner shall be deferred. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
