W.P.(C)No.24787 OF 2014
2. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader that a Statement has been filed on behalf of the third respondent pointing out the facts and figures. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 seeks for time . The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been projected by way of Ext.P6 and that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider and finalise the same within a reasonable time.
3. In the above circumstance, there will be a direction to the second respondent/the competent authority to consider and dispose of Ext.P6, at the earliest, at any rate within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time. The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent/competent authority for further steps.
