JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as Nurse in the adoption centre at Thiruvananthapuram under the respondent institution. In the writ petition, she is aggrieved by the refusal on the part of the respondents to regularise her services as a Nurse. Agitating her grievance against Ext.P14 order passed by the District Collector, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P15 representation before the 1st respondent and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the same, expeditiously after hearing the petitioner. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P14 representation, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. While passing orders
-2W.P.(C). No. 24577 of 2015 as directed, the 1st respondent shall take note of Exts.P8 and P9 orders passed by the District Collector, regularising the services of certain others employees, according to the petitioner, are similarly placed as the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
