JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the respondent by Ext.P2 representation. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the representation made before the respondent to exonerate the petitioner from payment of motor tax in respect of the goods carriage (lorry) No.KL 13 C/5238 be considered. It is stated in the representation that the vehicle has been dismantled and sold as a scrap.

Considering the representation as above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the same after issuing notice to the petitioner within a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
