J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court for the following reliefs:- " i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or such other writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to issue the original National Trade Certificate to the petitioner for the course successfully undergone by him and evidenced by Ext.P1.

ii. Such other appropriate writ,order or direction sought for in the course of the proceedings.

Iii. Direct the respondents to pay costs of the above proceedings;"

Petitioner submits that he was served with Provisional National Trade Certificate in the year 1996. He has not been issued with original certificate. The third respondent is the competent authority to issue such certificate.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the third respondent is the competent authority. Though notice has been served

on the learned Central Government Counsel, no instruction has been received so far.

In the absence of any other objection on the part of the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to issue original certificate to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
