JUDGMENT
The compensation granted to the petitioner under Ext.P1 award has been enhanced in appeal by Ext.P2 judgment. The enhanced amount has not hitherto been paid by the respondent and hence this writ petition.

The respondent undertakes to satisfy Ext.P2 judgment within a period of three months. The undertaking is hereby recorded. The respondent is hence directed to pay the amount due to the petitioner under Ext.P2 judgment on or before 15.11.2015.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
