J U D G M E N T

Pursuant to the order dated 2.9.2015, the Commission also filed a report. Commissioner also submitted that rooms ordered to be closed down by the Archaeological Department had been handed over to the petitioner. Therefore, the only question remains with respect to the room sealed as per the orders of the Archaeological Department. The petitioner approached the first respondent by Ext.P3 to remove the seal. This Court is of the view that Ext.P3 shall be considered by the first respondent after notice to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
