Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for police protection. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that petitioner is a contractor, who is conducting contractual work all over Kerala. He submits that with regard to his work at Thrissur, obstructions have been created by local persons, who threatened the petitioner that they shall not permit him to carry on the work, which is creating severe pollution problems. Allegation is also made that they demanded nokku coolie.

3.

Learned Government Pleader submits that no complaint has been received from the petitioner at the concerned Police Station. Hence, police could not verify about the allegation of the petitioner.

W.P(C) No.24773/15 -:2:- We, therefore, close the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate complaint before the Sub Inspector of Police, who may look into the matter.
