Sri.George Sebastian, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the common judgment dated 19.8.2015 rendered in Crl.M.C.Nos.88/2015 & 3530/2015, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, and therefore the petitioner is not pressing this Writ Petition.
