JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a Headmaster in the High School section in the school, seeks a posting as Principal in the Higher Secondary School. In this connection, he has preferred Exts.P3 and P4 representations before the 4th respondent and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representations, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 representations, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 4th respondent for further action.
