J U D G M E N T

Petitioner, challenging Ext.P3 order of the District Collector, Alappuzha, has approached this Court. Petitioner submits that he can give all the details of shortage of gas cylinders as found out in Ext.P3. It is further submitted that it is on account of want of personal hearing, Ext.P3 happened to be issued.

2. Considering the nature of the order passed, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity in the matter. Therefore, the petitioner shall appear before the District Collector/second respondent on 12.10.2015 and shall raise his objection and thereafter, after considering the objection, appropriate orders shall be passed. Till a final decision is taken by the District Collector, interim order passed by this Court will continue. Petitioner
