J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the owner of a landed property in Survey no.53/2A of Perumpadappu village, Malappuram District.

2. Admittedly, the above land is a converted land. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that, the petitioner's application under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order has to be considered by the 1st respondent. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of 2 months of receipt of copy of this judgment.
