Petitioners claim to have purchased certain property along with buildings thereon as per Exts. P1 to P3 sale deeds. They approached the Corporation to change building numbers in their names and to make relevant entries in the registers. It is submitted that they have submitted applications as early as on 6.9.2002. Since no steps were taken by the Corporation in that regard, they have approached this Court.
2.
Having regard to the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there will be a direction to the respondent Corporation to consider the application submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If the application already submitted is not in order, the petitioners may submit fresh application in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
